We use Microsoft Clarity to diagnose user-experience issues on our own site. Clarity provides aggregated heatmaps (where visitors click and scroll), anonymized session replays of how pages were used, and automatic detection of frustration signals like rage clicks or dead clicks. We use this only to understand what is broken or confusing on SEOUL_PULSE — never to identify or follow you across other sites.

Clarity automatically masks input fields and personally identifiable text by default; we do not enable any un-masking options. No payment information, account credentials, or message content from this site is collected. Clarity is owned by Microsoft and processed under their privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR / CCPA).

When you use Premium name generation or Saju birth chart insights, your request contents — such as preferences, chosen style, or your birth date — are sent to OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) via its API so the model can generate the response you see on the page. We do not send your name, email, IP address, or any user identifier to OpenAI. Per OpenAI's API data usage policy, API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models by default.

AI-generated text is labeled “AI-generated” in the UI and is meant as cultural / entertainment content. It is not professional advice, prediction, or medical, legal, or financial guidance.

The Celebrity Name Match feature uses a curated dataset of publicly disclosed stage names and character names (K-pop idols with publicly known Korean birth names, and fictional K-drama characters). The dataset contains no private data — only information already published by labels, broadcasters, and official sources for promotional purposes.

Matches are generated client-side by comparing the name you entered to this dataset. The feature is for educational and cultural exploration.
